Hotel Policies 

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted without penalty up to 72 hours prior to 3 PM of the scheduled arrival day. Cancellations within the 72-hour cancellation policy are subject to the first night’s room and tax. Please be aware that attempting to modify a reservation within the 72-hour cancellation period will be considered a cancellation. Advance Purchase Rates are non-refundable.

Deposit Policy
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to hold the reservation. The credit card will be authorized pre-arrival to ensure validity, however, no deposit will be taken.

Pet Policy
No pets are permitted on the property. Only service animals as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) are permitted and must be under the handler's control at all times. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, and we do not allow these on-premises. Guests violating this policy will be charged a minimum $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave the property.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 12 PM.

Do you offer parking?
Indigo Inn offers self-parking available to guests for $25/night.

Is breakfast included?
Yes, a complimentary continental breakfast is offered in the lobby daily from 7 AM - 10 AM.

Is there a restaurant on-site?
No, there is no restaurant at the inn itself. However, we are only a few short steps from some of the best restaurants in downtown Charleston. We offer a complimentary evening wine & cheese reception in our lobby from 5 PM - 6:30 PM.

Do you have an airport shuttle?
We do not offer an airport shuttle at this time, but our front desk would be more than happy to offer suggestions for transportation services.

What is Indigo Inn’s smoking policy?
Indigo Inn is a smoke-free property. A $400 fine will be collected from anyone found smoking on property. Smoking is prohibited throughout the property (including our central atrium).
